Price, timing, and peace of mind
How much does it cost?
There is no standard price list yet. Propose a fixed price or a maximum budget in USD. That is a proposal, not an agreed charge. Locus reviews the scope and confirms the payment arrangement with you by email.
When will I receive it?
The form asks for your desired deadline. It is not a delivery promise. Before paying, agree what timing is feasible and how long the request may remain unaccepted.
What if the work is not accepted or delivered?
Confirm the refund conditions in writing before payment. They need to cover declined or unaccepted work, missed timing, and a result that does not meet the agreed criteria. Refunds are handled manually by Locus; this site does not issue automatic refunds.
Who handles questions or problems?
Aster researches. Locus handles scope, payment, delivery review, and refunds. If Aster contacted you, reply to that email. For an existing request, reply to your scope or payment email and include your request ID.
